Apartment description:

A single room with a mezzanine, perfect for a student.

Each room is locked. A bedroom mezzanine approximately 140 cm high or a new bed with a bedding container also available in each room. The room has a very functional mezzanine, so you can treat it as a bedroom or completely rearrange this space and place a desk upstairs and sleep downstairs. The recess on the mezzanine is large enough to accommodate a second mattress or an additional clothes rail.

The room is intended for adults up to 30 years of age. Windows facing south onto the courtyard – the apartment is very quiet (windows facing the yard) despite being located in the city center, and very sunny, bright and warm (district heating and hot water from the municipal network).

The remaining rooms are inhabited by conflict-free, young, friendly working and studying students.

Good conditions for people studying or working. The area is fenced, closed with intercoms and a gate, monitored.
